All items sold from -40% are neither redeemed or exchanged!

Regarding returns of items during containment: It is imperative to notify customer service 7 days after receiving your order by email (contact@dress-desiree.com) and you will have 7 days after the containment lift to send your parcel back! If 2 instructions are not carried out and respected within the time frame no items will be picked up or exchanged!

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the order receipt date to return an item that doesn't suit you. We accept the return of item that has not been worn, washed, and in new condition with the label in an appropriate packaging.

Note: Send your package to the address on the return form.

Return procedure

Please follow the following steps:

1. To return, you must download the return form (at the bottom of the page). If you have any questions, contact our customer service department who will accompany you in your process so that the return is done without any problems.

2. Fill out the form correctly by specifying the order number and your wish, either to get a refund or to get an exchange (by indicating the size).

3. Make sure the parcel you return is properly sealed and secure the items in a box or in appropriate packaging with the return form.

4. Send your package using the method of your choice, preferably with a tracking number.

Note: The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and responsible for sending the package.

Refund or exchange

Returns are processed within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays following receipt of your package.

Depending on your wishes, we will refund the initial payment method of the purchase (either personal account or PayPal account).

If you want an exchange, we will do our best to process it, knowing that if the item is no longer available the refund will be immediate.

If the desired size is available, we will make a referral at our expense with your initial delivery method.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you receive your return package. As well as for the refund or exchange when they are made.

The repayment period and the exchange will not exceed 14 days subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Defective/incorrect article

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send a message to our customer service, contact@dress-desiree.com We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
